yamaapps (“we”) sets out below how we handle users’ information in the applications we provide (the “Apps”) and on this website (yamaapps.dev).
This policy applies to the following apps we provide and to this website.

The Apps do not obtain, collect or send any of the following information.
The Apps do not include any analytics tools or crash reporting.
Drawing files opened in the Apps (JWW, PDF, etc.) and their contents are processed only on the user’s device. They are never sent to or stored on our servers or third-party servers. We cannot view or obtain users’ drawings.
When you export, save, print or share a file (LINE, email, etc.), the file goes to a destination you chose yourself, and we are not involved.
If you have confidential business drawings, you can use the Apps with them as they are.
Paid features of the Apps are in-app purchases provided through Apple’s App Store or Google’s Google Play. For the iOS version “JWW見れる君”, you can choose a one-time purchase (pay once) or a monthly plan (auto-renewing). Purchases and cancellation of the monthly plan are handled by the App Store through your Apple ID.
All payment processing is done by Apple or Google. We do not obtain payment information such as credit card numbers. For how purchase information is handled, please see each company’s privacy policy.
The Apps do not provide users’ information to third parties. The Apps also do not include SDKs from ad networks.
When you share a file from the Apps to other apps such as LINE or email, its handling in that app follows the rules of that app’s provider.
When you contact us by email (yamaapps.dev@gmail.com), your email address and the message are used only to reply and to fix bugs. We do not use them for sales or give them to third parties.
If you join the closed test of the Android version, because of how Google Play works, we receive your Google account (Gmail address) to register you as a tester. This address is used only to register and manage testers, and the registration is removed after the test ends.
You do not need to send the drawing file itself when contacting us. Many drawings are likely to be highly confidential, so we ask only for a description of the problem.
A bug report email automatically includes the device model, OS version and app version. You can edit the message before sending.
This website (yamaapps.dev) does not set cookies to identify users as individuals. To understand how much the site is viewed, we count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and no identifiers that distinguish devices. What is recorded is the pages viewed and how often, where visitors came from (referrer), country, browser and device type, and page load speed, handled only as totals. We never identify users as individuals.
However, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may temporarily record access logs (IP addresses, etc.) to provide the service and keep it secure. These are handled only for statistical purposes, and we do not use them to identify individuals.
Where usage videos are embedded from YouTube, playing them connects to YouTube (Google). We use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); for details please see Google’s privacy policy.
On the DWG→JWW conversion page, all conversion happens only inside your browser. Drawing files, drawing contents (lines, text, layer names, etc.) and file names are never sent to us or to any third party.
To improve the service, we collect only the following.

This system does not collect or keep the following.
What we collect is stored in a database (Cloudflare D1) in our own Cloudflare account and can be seen only by us. We never provide or sell it to third parties. We display the conversion count on the page as an aggregate total, such as “N drawings converted this month”.
Site-wide page views are counted separately with Cloudflare Web Analytics as described above. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may also temporarily record access logs (IP addresses, etc.); neither is linked to what is collected above.
The Apps are intended for business use, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. They are designed not to obtain personal information in the first place.
We may change this policy due to changes in laws or new features. If there are important changes, we will announce them on this page by updating the last-updated date.
